Michelene's Mindset Method for 2025

It's time to grab the bull by the horns, strap your heels in, and crush your goals like never before. No more excuses, no more "if's" and "but's." It's time to shut that door for good and start taking action!

I have zero tolerance for “talkers”, but endless support for “doers”. So, how do you know if you're a talker or a doer?

Reflect Honestly with These Questions:

Q: Do I need to lose weight and get my health into top form?

Q: Or, will I try to lose weight and get my health into top form?

Take a moment and answer honestly...

A: If your answer is "I need to," you're likely a “doer”. You understand the urgency and have the non-negotiable mindset necessary to get started and make things happen.

But if you answered "I will try," it indicates hesitation. You haven’t fully committed and may be leaning towards being a bit of a “talker”. Don’t worry, this is your chance to re-evaluate and shift your mindset.

Start Crushing Your Goals:

  • Set Clear Objectives: Define what you want to achieve this month, remain stubborn about it, yes it's a good thing, nobody is going to do it for you, ONLY YOU can do it!

The Michelene Method: No-Nonsense Approach: My approach is simple but effective. No excuses, just results. Here’s how to implement the Michelene Method:

  • Self Respect: Stick to your plan - Don’t deviate.

  • Stay Focused: Keep your eyes on the prize and steer clear of any triggers & distractions. Remember you are responsible for your choices and actions, nobody else. You are in charge of YOU!

  • Remain Calm: When things get tough, just pause immediately for 16 seconds, breathe beautifully & deeply, shake your body out and refocus.  With our PowerfulME self-soothing and nurturing techniques that are constantly practised and guided along with our incredible support system, you cannot lose your step.

  • Positivity: Trust the process and soak in nothing less than blissful thoughts - Once again, remember that, the thoughts you choose to think about only get bigger, best to choose thoughts that ring with powerful positivity.

  • Visualize: If you cannot see it, you cannot achieve it - this is simply basics, start putting time aside for powerful visualization practice - No Excuses, you only need 5 minutes a day !

A Few Tips to Getting Started:

  1. Define Your Why: Your Why is your most Powerful Motivation - Write it down, Respect it and Bring it to life! 

  2. Build a Routine: Consistency is key. Create a daily routine that aligns with your goals. My daily accountability routines are all outlined within each of our journeys, there is no room for error - You cannot get lost.

  3. Stay Connected: Stay connected to a strong supportive community. You have a powerful community for support and encouragement within each of our journeys.

  4. Track Your Progress: Every step and accountability taken needs to be tracked and noted. This is one of my favorite parts of coaching, everything is tracked and all achievements are highlighted, noted and celebrated. 

  5. Reflect and Adjust: As your coach, I ensure every step of the way is calculated and adjusted when needed.
